After agreeing all the details of the order, we send you an invoice, which must be paid before delivery.
We work in Uusimaa and delivery is free in this region if the order is not less than 70€. If you need delivery to other places, it will be charged depending on remoteness.
Used cardboard boxes absorb lots of dirt, bacteria and even bedbugs can live there. Our boxes are sanitized after each use and you can be calm for the purity of your things.
Yes, we contact with you to confirm the details of your online order, and you can make changes. You also can modify your order at a later time if your situation had changed.
No, we do not staff our warehouse. It is much more efficient to come to you.
You can add removable labels to your order or use painter’s tape that is easily peeled off the boxes. We ask you to remove any labeling before you return the boxes.
We’ll charge you the replacement cost (20€/box).
